Alice Stahlmann

Mrs. Stahlmann’s family have been active parishioners for generations and at one time or another Mrs. Stahlmann has served on virtually all parish and school committees. Her love of art and as an Art Adventure Guide at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts has evolved into a position of art instruction at SFSJUS two days a week.

Mrs. Stahlmann also leads our annual SFSJUS art auction and school art fair.

At SFSJUS Mrs. Stahlmann says: “We explore the principles and elements of art working in different mediums… we learn about who, what, where and when these ways of expression came to be. What they see and associate to their own life experiences will open doors and windows of the world around them. Its’ wonderful to share the world through art with so many children.”

Mrs. Rappé comments: “Alice is being modest. Her exceptional work with our students is a real source of pride for SFSJUS. Our school walls are adorned with the creations of her students year around, and have also been showcased in area establishments. The art program at SFSJUS under Alice has become such a success it is now being expanded to other schools.”
